I have been trying for two days to sync my Pandora to my versa 2. Is there a trick to this?

I believe Pandora only syncs/updates through your wifi when connected to the charger.

I'm having this exact same issue! Phone and fitbit plugged into the charger for 11 hours and nothing synced. 🙄
