Versa 2 won't sync to Spotify

Won't sync to Spotify it keeps saying to sync and turn on Bluetooth I've done that. Turned the Bluetooth setting in the Fitbit to pair mode, turned on restricted permissions or whatever that is everyone on forums keeps saying and still the same screen. That says make sure your phones Bluetooth is on the synced using Fitbit app and I've done it a million times today please someone help me!!!!!! I bought the watch for Spotify so I can sneak music at my job without touching my phone

HI @savagegrown420  -  you can probably load ordinary music onto your watch and use Music controls if you don't get it working.

 

1. Swipe down from the top of your screen, and tap the music controls icon .
2. Tap the 3 dots icon.
3. Tap the phone or watch icon to switch the source.

 

If you have an Android phone, turn on Bluetooth Classic to control music on your phone:
