My versa 2 was working absolutely fine before this upgrade.Ever since the upgrade it doesn't sync with the one plus 8 phone.It is very annoying and waste of money I feel.Everytime I have to uninstall the app and reinstall for it to sync.I cannot even return the watch now.Please send a solution of possible as the only solution I got was that one plus 8 is not compatible to versa 2.

Hi there @Versa_2, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the below steps:

1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.
