My Versa 2 will not sync to my iPhone 12. I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth, and restarting the Fitbit. As well as forcing the app to quit. Nothing will work, disappointed because I use it multiple times and day and I am unable to see my progress and plan the rest of my day accordingly. Also have only had this Fitbit for 5 months and it keeps having these problems, maybe I should switch to a different fitness watch company? Especially with the recent update to the app not being good.

To better assist you, please confirm if you've also tried all troubleshooting steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I’m having the same problem with my Versa2. Mine won’t even flash where you connect to charge lt. Totally frustrated
