Mine worked for just under a day, then lost its connection when I was outrunning and wouldn't sync when I finished. When I got home I had to restart my phone, turn on/off bluetooth, turn off the watch, and force stop the app. Then after all that it magically started working again...until I woke up this morning. Now it's not connected at all. I did all the same steps again and nothing. I removed the watch from the app and tried to add it again...still nothing. Annoyed that I'll have to return to the store when I really don't have time this week. I miss my Pebble, but I needed a replacement since it lost the voice reply feature when Fitbit bought them and killed multiple features. Really shouldn't have trusted Fitbit.
Best AnswerI got mine for Christmas. It is now 6 days later and I can't get it to connect at all. I had to keep on resetting it and my phone to get it to sync. Today it won't sync no matter what I do. I tried a factory reset, removing and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth off and on, but nothing worked. I'm taking it back to the store.
Best AnswerI finally got it working after some tinkering with Fitbit support. We just kept trying different things quite a few times. But I got it working that night.
