Versa 2 won’t sync

As soon as my Versa 2 charge gets below 50% it won’t sync. It’s at 35% right now and watch display is black. Is there a fix for this?

If your watch isn't syncing properly, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

That was not helpful. As soon as Versa 2 has less than 50% power it may or may not sync with my phone. Yesterday the watch was at 35% and the face was black. I couldn’t see the time, heart rate, steps, etc.
