I’m going out my mind trying to sync this Fitbit tried everything phone off Fitbit restart Bluetooth off it’s driving me crazy

I'm having a similar problem with my Versa Lite that I just bought today it will not connect to my phone. It doesn't recognize anything my phone or it's Bluetooth or my phone's mobile hotspot.
