Versa 2 won't sync

I am getting really fed up.  I went through 2 Charger 3s that stopped working and upgraded to the Versa 2, which I have only had for less than 3 months and since the last update it refuses to sync properly.  I have installed, reinstalled, updated, reconnected and followed EVERY troubleshoot I have found on line and IT WILL NOT SYNC.  I'm ready to scream out of frustration.  Can't Fitbit get anything right???  I had a jawbone tracker for years with not 1 issue.  I have not purchase 1 Fitbit item that has not had to be replaced.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
