Hi there, @Cazzadulake. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

As @SunsetRunner has suggested, please try the following steps:

  • Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
  • Restart your Versa 2 one more time.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2.

f the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hello @Cazzadulake

Try logging out of the Fitbit App, turn your Bluetooth off, restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth back on again. Log back into the Fitbit App and try and sync.

If the problem continues try restarting your Versa 2. just press and hold down the Versa 2 on the side of the Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate telling you the restart is done.

If toggling the Bluetooth or restarting doesn’t help you can always try settings it up as a new device again. You won’t lose any of your data if you set it back up. But you will however lose any data you may have accumulated after your last successful sync.

Here is how you set up your Versa 2 again as a new device. Please follow these instructions carefully and do not skip a step:

  1. Remove the Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings on your Mobile device. If your using an Android tap unpair to remove it from your Bluetooth.  If your using an iOS device tap the blue information icon next to Versa 2 on the list and then tap forget device. (Basically make sure your not showing on Bluetooth at all)
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Check if your Fitbit App is updated
  4. Log out of your  Fitbit app and restart your phone
  5. Restart your Versa 2: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
  6. Log back into your Fitbit app as you normally would with your email address and password, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Select Versa 2 from the list of trackers and follow the onscreen instructions. When asked if you want to replace the Versa 2 say yes.

😃 I hope this provides you an answer and gets your Versa 2 syncing again. Please let me know.
