Had the Versa 2 for less than 2 months and now overnight it won't sync to my Android Phone, as Fitbit did an update and didn't ensure that it was compatible for all mobiles.
What a waste of money, I will be returning it, as it is not fit for purpose if one day it compatible to your mobile and the next day it not.
Customer Service Team were no help. If your thinking of purchasing a Fitbit, save yourself the hassle and don't bother.

There is no need to return your device. Many people with android phones are having this problem and Fitbit is working on fixing it. Until then, just be patient and hope for the best.
