Versa 2 won't sync

Versa 2 won't sync.  Connected to both wifi and Bluetooth.  Bluetooth shows that is connected and paired to versa 2. When I try to do the tracker software update it doesn't recognize my fitbit ans won't sync.  Earlier this week my fitbiy started displaying a message "data not cleared, sync and try again" with a big red "x".  I never tried clearing my data.  I woke up one morning and that message was there.  Anyone else have either of these problems or able to help troublshoot?  Devise if just over a year old so of course out of the warranty dates now.

Try the following steps

  • Unpair your Watch from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Watch  again in the App
  • with + Set up a device
  • If there is no connection, restart your Watch .
