May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

What phone do you have? Is the software up to date? If it’s an iPhone,  did you recently install iOS 15.4? Can you pinpoint any change you can attribute this issue to? Have you tried ‘forget device’ in BT & re-pairing it to your phone?
