Hello, I tried factory reseting my versa 2 as I was giving it away, first I disconnected it from the app then I pressed factory reset on the watch, now it is stuck on a message saying that the data has not sinked and won't factory reset, It will not now allow me to reconnect to the app either so I am stuck , I have also followed tutorials on how to hard reset without a phone and they don't work,
Any possible help is greatly appreciated
