Versa 2 won't sync

Wondering if any one else was locked out of the sync function on their Versa with the latest update?

 

 Customer service literally will not help me.

 

 So frustrated with this total lack of customer service.

"locked out of the sync function" .    Is that just another way of saying it won't sync?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @CallmeLucy - have you tried holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start?

If this doesn't fix syncing try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.

Restart the watch again.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and see if it will sync.
