I have tried all the trouble shooting advice for getting my versa 2 to track my heart rate and nothing has worked, the lights on the Back aren't working either.

Is it fully charged?
If the display is working and you swipe left and click on the Today app do you see heart rate?
If so may be its the clock face you are using that has a problem.

Hi @Lmccoy96, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.
@Guy_ Thanks for the suggestions that were shared in your post.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
