Versa 2 won't turn on

I have had my Versa fitbit for less then a year and it will not turn on and once in a while the fitbit logo comes on but will not go pass that point. This fitbit has already been replaced once and I'm having the same problem once again. What else can I do to get it working again??  Please advice.

Hello there @Mobell, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 2's screen behavior, I'll be glad to help you.

 

As a first approach, I'd recommend to restart your Versa 2 as suggested here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

If the restart doesn't work, I'd suggest performing a factory reset. Note that when doing a factory reset you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost since the last time sync. Before doing so, I recommend syncing your Versa 2, remove it from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then perform the factory reset. 

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
