Purchased a Versa 2 yesterday. It arrived with no charge. Connected charger. Fitbit logo shows on the screen, and the little battery symbol shows with the bars moving like it is charging. The battery level never shows as increasing though. Charged full 8+ hours over night. Battery level is still no different, and I have yet to be able to even turn the device on! What am I doing wrong?
