Versa 2 won't turn on

My relatively new Versa2 has died. When I try and charge it, it becomes incredibly hot. Almost too hot to touch. I emailed FitBit on Sunday and still have had no reply 😢

Hi @LynneTusa, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Versa 2 since it won't turn on and it got hot when charging it.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.

Hi still waiting for a reply from the team. Had no Fitbit watch for 10 days now. Very disappointed
