My Versa 2 has stopped working. I have tried charging it it’s still not turning on. Only bought it 8 months ago.
I see this is quite a common fault.

Hello,The issue is that my versa 2 has completely lost display.
Initially it use to randomly vibrate and change screens without any touch input from my end.
Then one fine day it did the same and the screen went black and it hasn't turned on since.
Unfortunately this is not my first issue with a versa and I have already tried troubleshooting steps like rebooting, charging and then trying to sync.
Nothing seems to work.
Kindly let me know the next steps / replacement procedure as the watch is completely corrupted.
Thanks

Hi @Sherryberry5 - try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they may be able to get you to do a factory reset to see if it works .
