Versa 2 won't turn on.

My Versa 2 has an image of an X and data not cleared sync and try again. I've only had the watch a year.Green lights haven't worked in a few weeks and hadn't found sleep or heart rate on watch in weeks either. I've tried resetting  but it does not do anything.

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Versa 2 watch and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

 

This message regularly appears on the display of the watch when a factory reset fails and should be resolved by setting up the watch with your account again (as if it were a new device). You can follow the steps listed here.
