Versa 2 won't turn on

My versa 2 was low on battery, i went to charge it and ever since then I can not turn it back on. The screen is black.  I tried doing a reset, but I can't get Anything on the screen.  I tried a new charger,  still not working.  Any ideas as to what may be going on? Or is it possible is just dead.  Is about 2 years old

As it should be fully charged,did you try holding the button for 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
