I have had my versa 2 for a year and it has suddenly stopped charging. I have read through the help forums and tried the tips but nothing is working. I'm really disappointed that this stopped after only a year! I have never worn it in the shower or while swimming, it has been taken care of quite well.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
