Versa 2 won't turn on

Hi I have a versa 2 and it was 58% battery and get off, I try to put it on but nothing, I try to charge it, nothing also, I press the button for 10 sec and 20 sec several times nothing happens.

Can explain me how to fixed it having a year four month old, it will be very disappointing it can be repaired or fixed.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Dear Ricardo,

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I already do all this steps and recommendations that you suggest in the article. The watch is totally unresponsive and it looks that there is humidity (condensation) inside in the sensor back area, note I don't do any water sports. 
What should I do now.
