Today the clock has run out of battery. I put it on charge. And they didn't turn on anymore. The fitbit icon appears constantly. I pressed the button and waited for 10-20 seconds. It did not help. Last year it was the same on other fitbit versa watches. They are now treating in the closet. Does not work. Now this version. I don't want to buy a new watch every year! My question is how to return this watch and get my money back! 2 years warranty!

It might take a few tries.
Hold the button, wait for the logo to disappear, keep holding till the logo reappears, then release the button.
If that doesn't work, charge it for 10 minutes and retry the process.
