Hi versa 2 stopped working. Tried charging it nothing just dead. Phone says 32% battery. Never had any trouble please please help.

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Watch just went dead today. I get nothing, just like so many others I am reading about here. I called support. at 2 yrs 5 mos, I am out of warranty (only good for 1 year)
They tried everything, which wasn't much. Nothing they can do, They dont repair them. But they will send me an email with a discount towards a new watch. lol why would I want to continue buying a product that doesnt last and cant be fixed? That's some customer service
