Versa 2 won't turn on

I have an issue with my Fitbit Verse 2. It’s keeps turning off and I’m unable to turn. I press the side button for 10 second and I see the Fitbit logo. But, stay like the that for a long period of time. Sometimes hours. I press the side button again and doesn’t do anything. Sometimes I can’t use it for days. Is there anything I could do. I really don’t want to buy a new one. If I need to buy a new one I might go with an Apple.

Please try the steps below to try fixing this issue:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

I tried that already. It fully charged and still won’t turn on. Looking into buying another smart watch. But, don’t know if I should buy another Fitbit or go for the Apple. I tried resetting Fitbit many times. Removing app many times.
