Versa 2 won't turn on

Hi, I am having trouble with my versa 2, I have tried holding the side button(for ower a minute), but it still wont restart. I have also tried leaving it in the charger for ower an hour, and still nothing happens. I must say I am a bit disaponted, since my reason for buying this watch was that it unlike earlier models (I have had 2 ,charge 3 watches, and both wouldent start, so I ended up buying a new one) I am thinking I need to go to the store I bought it from, to see if they can help, or atleast to get a new one (it is quite tiring if I need to conect a new watch for the third time) So I was wondering if there is anything I can do on my own, if reseting and charging dosent work? Thanks

The Versa 2 was retired some time ago. If the store that you bought it from is willing to exchange it that would be great! When did you buy it? If recently, it could be that it sat on a shelf discharged for a log time and that is not good for the battery.
