My screen went black. The battery is not low. No response to the button so I can’t turn off and back on. Even in charging station nothing happens still black screen.

Hi there, @Lfabiilli. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

If you haven't done so yet, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
