Versa 2 won't turn on

After shake or button on, screen just flashes and goes off in a second. No way to view or navigate

Hi @anprasad99 - that is not a good sign but try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Also go to Quick Settings when it's working and make sure the icons are correctly set, with wrist wake on and sleep and do not disturb off.

Hi there, @anprasad99. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa 2's behavior. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

As @Guy_ has recommended, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
