Versa 2 won't turn on

my versa 2 stopped working after I replaced the bands and now it appears to be dead

Hi there, @CruiserBen. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 has stopped responding after switching the bands. I will do my best to help you to sort this out!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have tried what you suggested but it will not restart. the button seems to be moving freely and I have tried cleaning it. I have also tried recharging it.
