Versa 2 won't update or sync

Is anyone having problems with the new versa 2 update? My Versa 2 showed an update available about 2 days ago. It will not update and seems to be preventing syncing. I have reset to factory and reinstalled but still won't update or sync, also says update failed

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
