Hi there, @AmieW01. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and making sure your Fitbit device is syncing.
I agree with the steps recommended by @Guy_. With that being said, please try the following steps:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Once you manage to sync your Versa 2, the time should be corrected. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

Hi @AmieW01 - try a full resync.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
If necessary remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone and repeat. In the app you may then need to click on profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
