  • I have bought two fitbits over the last 4 years and each has stopped working after one year. Almost to the day! It won’t turn on, won’t charge. Nothing. I’ve seen others complain about this same issue and now I guess I’m switching to apple watches

Hi @gblackwell2014 - in case it is simply not charged, have you checked How to check charge cable - Sense 2 /Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
