fitbit 2 is no longer vibrating for message notifications

 

vibration works. message shows up in history on device. its not on silent, just turned it up to "high" vibration.

Hi there, @jdfrantz. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and making sure it's not in sleep or DND mode.

Hi @jdfrantz - try pulling down from the top of your watch to see Notifications and pull down a second time and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings, there you can disable Sleep and Do not disturb. This should resolve the problem.

specifically said in my post that sleep and do not disturb are not enabled.
toggled them off and on to be sure the graphic wasn't displaying it wrong
