I'm having same issue. Thanks Guy for advice and I just checked I'm on 3.36 version. I have also updated my samsung A50. Uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled. Turned off Fitbit and bluetooth and restarted. Unsynced and resynced phone and fitbit.

I've had my versa lite for 2 years with no problems. This began just after christmas. The time changes on the Fitbit and it wont sync. I can get 1 sync if I do all the above. I.e. it's currently 9.55am. My fitbit is saying 8.44am and it wont sync again.

Help! I love my fit bit and its driving me insane

@Vickilorraine Can you get 3.361 and see if its fixed. Might be a problem with 3.36.

Go to the Play Store, click the 3 bars top left and select My apps & games and see if there is an update for the Fitbit app.

Hi guy. Hank you for reply. I've gone on app store as recommended. I have it on auto update and no updates pending. It started happening at christmas where I let the Fitbit go flat and it wasnt charged for 3 days. Never had problems before. Currently not wearing it as the time is incorrect.

I will check the version now.

Really hope I can resolve it. Spending so much time on it and really miss my Fitbit!

Many thanks for checking, thats good.

So after logging out of the Fitbit app now and restarting both watch and phone does it solve the problem?

Hopefully yes?

Hi again! Yes auto time zone is on.

When I log out of both and log back in i get one good sync. Then as day progresses time slows.  I also can get a sync even when i pull down to refresh.🥴

@Vickilorraine Thanks for the information, it looks like a watch fault for the time problem, so probably best to contact Fitbit Support  directly. They may be able to help you.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @Vickilorraine.

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been experiencing with your Versa watch.

I was able to confirm that unfortunately this phone model Samsung Galaxy A50 is currently not listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however, keep in mind we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

Some users have also been able to sync by following the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems. You can also find other important tips and requirements in this article about the use of the Fitbit app on your Android phone.

Let me know if you have further questions.
