Stuck searching on Starting Purchase

My Versa is stuck downloading a purchase.  Once the purchase doesn't go thru, the screen goes back to trying to sell me a clock face without option not to continue or cancel the purchase.  Once I hit the "continue" button it starts processing the purchase again starting the process all over.  Any idea how I can cancel the purchase or just make the $1.49 purchase.  I want my Versa back!  Help, please.

Let me help you with your clock face purchase for your Versa. Where are you viewing this message (on the app is most likely or on the Versa itself)? Have you tried restarting your device (either the phone or the Versa)? Could you share a screenshot of this?

I have the same problem and I have tried restarting both and still stuck on my fitbit stating to hit continue but doesn't do anything either. I tried to put a new clock face on it. I also tried a different phone but no help. Please help as well.

I have same issue. Help. Can't find solution on my own. Very frustrating. It is displayed on the actual fitbit and it's been useless now for 3 days.

My son fixed it by resetting the fit bit outright. That got rid of everything. I was stuck with a useless fit bit for days as well.

Have you checked there are not further purchase instructions under "Settings"? I thought I was stuck but discovered I needed to go to a website to enter a code and complete the purchase
