Versa 2 wont work

A few days ago my versa 2 died and I tried charging it and it would not charge, I tried cleaning the port but to no avail, I tried holding down th power button to turn it on but it not work so I tried a bunch of stuff I found but nothing is working

I am having the same issue. So FRUSTRATING! 

It doesn't even hold a charge.

Same problem with versa lite.
