My husband bought the Versa 2 for a wedding present on September 14, 2019, and it arrived on September 17, 2019. He surprised me with it because my Alta was dying and he knew how much I loved my Fitbit.
It has worked until the FIRST firmware install, then I noticed glitches. It would reboot by itself at 2 to 3 am, wouldn't swipe, or was "asleep" when I didn't put it in a sleep mode if there is such a thing.
When the new firmware install come out, I was excited because I knew about all the glitches, so I figured that Fitbit was fixing the glitches. That was a mistake in assuming. It has currently been off and on (whenever it decides to turn on I will see the Fitbit logo, and feel a vibration) then if I swipe it, there is no response. If it goes black, it goes back to sleep, and the whole vicious cycle starts over again.
I am very frustrated. I loved my Fitbit, but now it is a $200.00 doorstop.
Yes, I've tried to reboot, which starts the cycle over, logo, vibration, sleep, over and over and over again.
When it decides it wants to work, it will record my data, however, it will not let me go past the clock face. I have alarms set, and the alarms will go off and will not let me swipe to turn it off or to even snooze it. So I look like an idiot hitting, swiping my arm at work, in my sleep or at church.
Thank you for your attention to this matter,
-Wendy
