Versa won't sync

Versa won't sync. Synced Versa last night just fine. Will not updated sleep or morning steps. Uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app on phone. Unpaired and repaired. Held left button and lower right button down to restart 3 times. No device found is error.

Got it working. added my versa like it was new on the app. Connected
without issues and synced right away.
