Versa 2’s don’t work after about six months .....customer service doesn’t help you out at all .....do not buy one..... get a totally different brand

Hi @Sukie41900  you came here for help, then please tell us a bit more about what's going on. Customer service can be reached in many ways, but you need to be patient as they are limited to their live help, as are many companies.
