Anyone with a Versa 2 or 3 been having issues accessing apps or worse - no service? Mine malfunctioned progressively over10 days. On day 1 I could no longer slide open any of the menus like "Exercises or the Stop watch or Spotify, etc" I could only access the watch face page. I tried contacting FitBit but all I got was a "chat person" (or robot) which after trying all the the remedy's, concluded that the only thing left to do was offer me a 35% discount but only if you buy direct. My Versa 2 is only 26 months old. I am very disappointed in FitBit Inc. in their hardware and software but especially their incompetent customer service practices. I won't buy another FitBit watch's again!

Hi @maddog95603 - have a look in the forums there have been a number similar cases so it might be software.
