My versa 2 is red hot after charging and won’t switch on and there is a red exclamation mark and battery sign

@SunsetRunner- it may be a dysfunction, possibly due to water ingression. Check in the back windows for condensation using a magnifying glass. Do not attempt to charge it more as there is a risk of fire or explosion.
