I have recently bought a Versa 2. It only synced once or twice with my phone and then stopped completely, said it was locked and I needed to unlock with my phone which I couldn't because it wouldn't sync and when I tried a factory reset it now is stuck on a loop of a big red x and Data not cleared, sync and try again. Does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks

@Lulu737 Whatever you do, please DO NOT remove Versa from the fitbit mobile app (unlink from your account). Try pressing and holding the left button until fitbit logo flashes. Now, open fitbit mobile app and sync. To unlock the tracker with your phone follow these instructions.
