I have the original versa. This morning after charging and seeing the battery at 100% I removed it and wore it for a long walk. Later looked at my screen and it showed the time was 5pm...at 11am. Attempted to sync and failed. Turned versa off and docked it on charger. Now it will not turn back on.

@Cjwohlfarth Rubbed the contacts with alcohol and place on the charger for several hours. You can also attemp charging using USB port on your computer. Quick question - are the LED lights on the back of your tracker still ON? Or is the tracker dead dead dead? You can attempt a factory reset using buttons:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.
