How do I change my clock faces that I’ve purchased on my versa? There’s usually an add clock face button in the my versa section but it’s only showing the clock face I currently have?

I’ve found this YouTube video that seems to explain the problem, it’s because my versa is 68.9.15, my partners is version 80. 

we haven’t received the update yet for the newer features, it doesn’t appear for everyone all at once. We’ll just have to wait til it’s available for us.

Look at the top right. There is a tab for 'all clocks'

Hi @Jannel,

 

Log into your Fitbit app and tap the small picture of the Versa 2.  This will take you to your tracker settings.  Select "Clock Face Gallery" from the tiles, and then find a face you like to download!

 

Please note your Bluetooth must be ON to download the new Clock Face.

my partners versa 2 clock face screen has an option that saves the clock faces she’s already downloaded, mine does not. I know how to download them, that’s not the issue. It’s not saving the clock faces that I’ve already paid and downloaded

I'm having a similar problem. I downloaded one but it still show the default watch face when in always on display mode. I have to press the button to view the downloaded face. And I can't remove the downloaded face. I'm very new to this watch. I have a versa 2.

*sorry partners version is *70* not 80
