I just bought the Versa 2 and it says the servers are down. Anyone else having that problem?

I'm having the same problem! I just bought mine today and I can't get mine to pair with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) 

I called tech support and after 40 minutes on hold, they told me they're having troubleshooting issues on their end with any and all pairing and they do not know how long until it's resolved... 

Im so aggravated.
