Versa 2 for Christmas, setup, but won’t change clock face as it says it needs updating even though it has latest versions.

Your fitbit does need a firmware update to fix this (and some issues with installing some apps). Now that it's been through the setup process, the app will start downloading the update bit-by-bit in the background each time you sync. When it's fully downloaded the app will prompt you to install the update. Fitbit say this download process can take a couple of days so keep an eye on the app.
