what’s wrong with it? HELP!

Hi @Ethel2938 - have you installed the Fitbit App on your phone and added the watch to your account?

Click the profile photo [top left in the Fitbit App] and then click "+ Set up a Device" described fully: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
