Hi @shaz_za_1973 - first try syncing with the phone then do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charge to restart it and charge it, it may take a while.
If you can't do that just charge it, it should restart.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, in case a factory reset is required.
If nothing fixes it take it back to where you bought it for replacement.

Thanks, been in touch with Ranjed from Fitbit online chat. My watch is still under warranty so they’ve posted a replacement… hopefully will get it in the next few days 😊
