Versa 2

Done factory  reset on versa 2 now it won't connect  to phone.,please help

@Indie1 When you do a factory reset the app loses its connection to that specific unit. You have to go to the app and remove the unit from your devices and then add it back as if it were a new fitbit device and follow the same steps as when the unit was new.
